Join us to hear Jeff Edwards, Master Gardener, discuss foodways during the American Revolution. Learn what crops flourished in 18th-century gardens, explore the surprising origins of these plants from around the world, and understand the practices that sustained communities during wartime. A fascinating journey into the agricultural heritage that fed a nation.
